  14. username is the MCI Mail
  15. address in one of two forms: either the full username 
  16. (like MIT Alumni Fund) or the "box number", unhyphenated, 
  17. and preceded by three 0's.

  19. To illustrate, I sent mail to my Internet address from MCI Mail, and
  20. it arrived with the following header: From:  MIT Alumni Fund
  21. <0003033904@mcimail.com>.

  23. with the following header: From:  MIT Alumni Fund
  24. <0003033904@mcimail.com>. My "box number", as it appears within MCI
  25. Mail, is 303-3904.
